Thanks to CAPS members, children from 36 United Way agencies in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties received new book bags and school supplies recently. A total of 1,000 "Mind Bags" valued at $30,000 were donated by public school teachers and support staffs in Bucks and Montgomery counties. Pictured (L to R) at the Robert M.
